Literature Text
she held the peach in her hands
took in it's sweet smell
it's pinks
and sun-reds
and it's yellows
from the first bite
she knew it was poisoned
but she didn't turn sour faced
she simply melted
and formed a puddle
like ice on the floor
she could not take this warmth
the charisma she she once had
melted away just as she did
only it didn't leave a puddle on the floor
took in it's sweet smell
it's pinks
and sun-reds
and it's yellows
from the first bite
she knew it was poisoned
but she didn't turn sour faced
she simply melted
and formed a puddle
like ice on the floor
she could not take this warmth
the charisma she she once had
melted away just as she did
only it didn't leave a puddle on the floor

This was the third poem I wrote while I was at the poetry gym. The words that were used for the prompt were charisma, puddle, and peach.
